Our Return Policy:

What can be returned? 
Product damages may be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  As our items are perishable food items, returns for any other reason are not accepted.

When do items need to be returned?
Customers must notify Chatila's Bakery within 48 hours of receipt of package to report any damages.

Where do items need to be returned?
On a case by case basis, Chatila's Bakery will determine if damaged goods need to be held for shipping carrier inspection.  If inspection is not deemed necessary, the customer may dispose of the items at their discretion.

Shipping for returns?
If a claim is filed with the shipping carrier, and approved, related costs will be returned to the customer or replacement product sent at customer's preference.
