shipping policies

All items are made to order.  please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to process before shipment.  if you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accomodate the request.

we ship all our packages via united parcel service.  

the following states must be sent by an upgraded shipping method, with a minimum of 3-day select service:

CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, UT, ID, NM, CO, WY, MT, HI, AK, pR

If upgraded shipping is not selected during checkout, you will be contacted with information on the upgraded shipping options.  we are unable to send to these locations via ground service due to the perishable nature of our products.

we do not offer refunds for products unless they are damaged.  if your products arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours and wait for further instructions in regards to how to handle your package.
