In the summer months, it is possible that they will become warm as well as ice packs may be melted to outside temperature. This softening can cause the products to lose shape. The products may look less than perfect upon arrival; however, they are still safe to consume. During the summer, it is essential that items are immediately refrigerated or frozen upon receipt.

As such, refunds are not available for products that arrive misshaped or visually changed.
